All prices quoted are in British pounds.
Delivery charges are for mainland UK, Delivery charges are by weight and most orders carry a maximum of £3.95 for Wildforms orders except very large bulk orders. Smaller items will cost less. Postal charges are clearly displayed before checkout and entering card details.
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours, orders received on a Friday afternoon will be sent Monday. We will let you know by email if there is likely to be any delay. Please note these are dispatch times so please allow extra time for delivery.
If your order is very urgent, please email us pete@wildforms.co.uk at the time of ordering and we will try to ensure you get your goods in time, if we cannot we will let you know.
Should you not be entirely happy with any of your goods, return them to us within 14 days and we will refund or replace (this does not apply to CDs, unless of course they are faulty in some way).
Should you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by email.
If your order is not received within 14 days and we have not informed you that it will be delayed please contact us so we can trace.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). If your order is large and sent by carrier your telephone number will be passed to the carrier in ensure quick delivery.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future if you request us not to. You can opt out from receiving our newsletters at any time.
These terms do not affect your statutary rights.
