A collapsible, therefore easily transportable, wildlife ground inspection tool for insects, small mammals and reptiles. Designed for surveys, education, or simply for interest/fun, the Bug Board is light and features 2 separate 'windows' which can be rotated to expose the underlying terrain and associated wildlife. With a hinged central panel for compactness, the Bug Board can be mounted/de-mounted in minutes and can be deployed in endless locations for the purposes of wildlife investigation. Constructed from durable FSC timber the Bug Board comes complete with a visible marker stake for easy location in tall grassland. Once sited the bug board will provide a microhabitat and after only 2 weeks it will be possible to inspect and see interesting activity ..give it another 8 weeks and the inhabitants will be well established ,activity will vary over the seasons and with varying weather conditions.
Site: The Bug Board should be laid upon the ground in woodland, woodland edge etc and left for periodic inspection. Short term use is also possible - also see above
