This wall or fence mounting butterfly box is designed to protect our delicate butterflies, providing an overnight roost during summer and a place to hibernate in winter. Made of durable oak, its roof is removable and there is a perspex viewing lid so you dont disturb the occupants. This can also be removed to clean the box or add attractant.Height approx 26cm, width approx 22cm. The species most likely to use this house are Peacock, Small Tortoiseshell and Comma.
