You can order from us in several different ways - online, by telephone, by email and by post.

Secure online ordering:-

• Go to the shop page and choose a category or use the drop down list at the top of the page.
• When you have found the item you would like to order, click on the “More Details” button and on the item page change the quantity if you require more than 1.
• Click on the “Order” button.
• On the next page you can again change the quantity or put the item “in the bin” if you have changed your mind.
• Next if you would like to like to order further items, go back to the shop by clicking on shop in the left hand menu or use the drop down menu again.
• Add further items to your basket in the same way as the first item.
• When you have finished shopping continue to the checkout by clicking on “Shopping cart” at the top of the page, or if you are already in your cart, click on “Order”.
• On the next page from the drop down menu choose either to pay by credit/debit card or by Paypal. Click on “Next”.
• On the next page enter your name and address or if you have already registered, your customer number and password.
• Please also enter you telephone number and email address, these will NOT be passed on to third parties and will only be used if we have a query or problem with your order.
• If you wish your order to be sent on a particular date eg for a birthday, then put the date you want the order to be sent in the box provided, but please allow time for delivery. Please note we will send out on this date.
• If you wish your order to be sent to a different delivery address, click on the ”Different delivery address” button and fill in the details.
• Click on “Next”.
• You should now have either been directed to the secure Protx server or to Paypal to enter your payment details. Please note that we do not receive your order until you have completed your payment.
• Thank you for ordering and sorry the process was so long!

Order by telephone:-

Please make sure you have the descriptions and codes of the items you are ordering and your credit/debit card details.

Order by post:-

You can print catalogue pages and fill out an order form by clicking on this link - Order Form . Payment can be made by credit/debit card or you can send a cheque made payable to Wildforms.

Order by email:-

Send us an email with descriptions and codes of the items you are ordering and request an Paypal invoice. We will then send you an invoice with a link to go to Paypal to pay by credit/debit card or with funds from your Paypal account if you have one. Please note your order will not be sent until your payment has been received and cleared.
