Post and Packing

 Postage is charged by weight, most orders £3.95, lighter items will cost much less although bulk orders are charged at £10 (please note most of our items are heavy and cost more than this amount to send)
The postage will be calculated as items are added to your basket.

If you think that you have been charged too much postage for the weight when adding to your basket, please give us a ring and we will take your order over the phone instead, we will then weigh your items and charge the postage at the approx cost. 

PLEASE NOTE THESE CHARGES APPLY TO MAINLAND BRITAIN ONLY. PLEASE CONTACT BEFORE ORDERING TO OTHER DESTINATIONS.

Delivery

Most orders are normally despatched within 48 hours if in stock by Royal Mail or carrier, if an item has to be made, then it can take an extra 7 days, we will let you know if it is likely to take longer.

If the item is to be personalised and sent direct, using a separate delivery address, you can indicate what date you would like it sent.

If an order is particularly urgent please email pete@wildforms.co.uk .

If there is likely to be a delay in sending your order (ie longer than 7 days) we will email to let you know.

Please allow extra time for delivery especially before Christmas.

If your order has not been received within 14 days and we have not contacted you to say it has been delayed, please contact us so that we can trace it.

If an order arrives damaged please let us know within 24 hours and if the packaging is damaged please say so when signing for your parcel or mark as unchecked. We had a small percentage of items that arrived damaged before Christmas, which we of course sent replacements for, however, this was at our own cost because our carriers would not pay compensation for the items they damaged as the parcels had been signed for by the customers and therefore their condition accepted. Whilst we are not happy with this we would ask for our customers cooperation in this matter. Carriers will not accept responsibility for damaged items unless they are reported within 24 hours and will not investigate lost parcels unless reported by us within 28 days.

Packaging

Where possible we use recycled packaging and all boxes that come to us with goods in go back out to customers, we never throw a box away! So if your box arrives tatty we apologise although we do use new boxes for our Gift Boxes recycled where possible.

All receipts are printed on recycled paper.

Mailing sacks are made of recycled plastic and are recycleable.

If anyone knows of an alternative or recyced bubble wrap that is still lightweight, please let us know about it!
